Tanduo helps friends watch together on a TV, with the phone remote used for pairing, playback controls, and optional room voice.

For privacy or account deletion requests, email privacy@tanduo.app. To report a security issue, email security@tanduo.app.
Pair A Phone Remote
- Open Tanduo on your TV or TV browser.
- Start a TV session and find the pairing code or QR code.
- Open the Tanduo phone remote, scan the QR code, or enter the pairing code.
- After pairing, use Play, Pause, Rewind, Forward, and Refresh Playback from your phone.
Voice And Microphone Help
- Room voice is optional and requires microphone permission.
- If voice does not start, check that microphone access is allowed for Tanduo in your device settings.
- On local or beta builds, microphone access may require HTTPS.
- You can turn voice off in Tanduo at any time.
Troubleshooting
- If pairing fails, confirm the code has not expired and create a new TV session.
- If playback controls do not respond, refresh the phone remote and TV page, then pair again.
- If room voice disconnects, turn voice off and on again or rejoin the room.
- If you cannot sign in, try resetting your password or contact support.
Account And Data Requests
To request account deletion, data access, or correction, email privacy@tanduo.app from the email address associated with your Tanduo account.
App Review Demo Notes
If you are reviewing Tanduo for an app store, use the demo account and room instructions provided in the review notes. The phone remote can be tested by pairing with the Tanduo TV page and using playback controls. Microphone access is only needed to test room voice.
Service Status
If Tanduo is unavailable during a beta or app review, contact support@tanduo.app with the time, device model, app version, and a short description of what happened.
