These Terms describe the rules for using Tanduo during beta and app review. By using Tanduo, you agree to use the service responsibly and only as permitted by these Terms.

Using Tanduo

Tanduo lets users create rooms, invite friends, pair TV and phone devices, control shared playback, use optional room voice, and access related social features. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in information secure.

Beta Service

Tanduo may be offered as a beta or pre-release service. Features may be incomplete, unavailable, changed, or removed as we improve the product. We may limit access, reset test data, or suspend beta features when needed for reliability, safety, or development.

Acceptable Use

• Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, or abuse others.
• Do not use Tanduo to share illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
• Do not attempt to bypass security, disrupt the service, scrape private data, or reverse engineer non-public systems.
• Do not use room voice, messaging, or invites in a way that violates the privacy or rights of others.

Content And Media

You are responsible for the content, messages, profile information, and media-related activity you bring to Tanduo. Tanduo does not grant you rights to third-party video, music, or other media. You must have the rights or permissions needed for content you share or access through the service.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how Tanduo collects, uses, and shares information, including account information, room data, diagnostics, and optional microphone audio transmission for room voice.

Account Suspension

We may suspend or restrict access if we believe an account creates risk, violates these Terms, harms other users, or could disrupt Tanduo.

No Warranty

Tanduo is provided as is and as available. We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available on every device or network.

Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tanduo and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or service availability.

Changes

We may update these Terms as Tanduo changes. Continued use of Tanduo after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
